Text alignment in dimension style variable

Can't seem to find this variable. I want to change text alignment to "Aligned with dimension line" Thanks for your help.

Try dimtih = ON

DIMTIH and DIMTOH = 0 [or Off]

The T's stand for Text, the I and O stand for Inside and Outside the extension lines, and the H's stand for [always] Horizontal.  You want them not always horizontal [only when the dimension line is], so you want both those options off.
