Select all featurelines and add insertelevpoint @ increment 0.1m

Good afternoon all,

I am hoping someone can point me in the direction of a lisp that could select all featurelines on a site "Proposed" and run the "insertelevpoint" on each at an increment of 0.1m?

Or tell me how to go about creating such a thing, I can code in c# but can't work out autolisp for the life of me.
