Right-click menus

Does anyone know a way to customise the menu when right clicking, say, a file tab?

At the moment a list pops up with:

New..

Save

Saveas...

Saveall

Etc etc

I'd like to add one or two commands

You can change a lot of shortcut menus, mostly depending on objects selection... see the screenshot.

But you can't change the UI menus.. like LayerManager, LayoutTabs, Ribbon, CommandLine, FileTabs... not possible.

That's kinda what I thought, but I wondered if someone had a trick up their sleeve
