Repeating existing elements with a new polyline

Are there no solutions for repeating existing elements/parts elements with a new polyline? This is necessary to create linear objects that are fully, precisely coordinated with existing objects. And it is needed to create area objects based on parts of existing objects.

This is available in various other software: start drawing from any necessary place, specify a point on an existing element, a second point on it, etc., continue on a free place, specify points on other existing elements, etc.
The result is a new polyline that exactly repeats the parts of the existing elements between the points indicated on them.

A simple notional example:

White color, weight 0.3 - existing elements.
Green color - created area object.
Red, yellow, magenta color - created linear object.
Digits - points, which can be enough to repeat existing elements.

The program will surely simplify and speed up drawing. It will help to calculate areas, create hatching, etc. ... And even experienced users make mistakes with snapping.

... I guess there are already solutions for copying a part of a linear object by specifying three points: the beginning, direction and end of the desired part?
