REFERENCE MANAGER

Hi, I checked out the reference manager for the first time and I was unable to make it work. I do a lot of repathing projects to new project numbers. I saw that the reference manager was supposed to allow you to repath a project without opening every file. It does this but what it doen't allow you to do is to rename the xref file itself. You can only repath the project to a new location but the xref file name has to be the same.

Is there a quick way to repath a project and replace the xref file names? Is is easy to make a script that will do this?
