polyline fillet or stretch creates zero length line segment v2013

When I stretch or fillet this polyline it creates the 2 zero length lines (when exploded) which my laser picks up and skips over. Is there a way to stop or at least predict when this will happen? It is unrealistic to have to explode and check every polyline you fillet or stretch. Please help...

You could ask the Customization Group see if an autolisp can be made to eliminate a zero length in a polyline.

If they are individual lines, remove a zero length line routine is all over the web.

Hi @Anonymous,

this might be a matter on how this line has been created. Please use the methods described in this article.

No the issue is just in polylines. What/where (link) is the Customization Group?

Use the 'Overkill' command with the 'Optimize segments within polylines' option checked, to remove the zero length segments.

Hope this helps,
Henrique
