Same drawing and same layout, checked.
Same pagesetup? (Plotdriver, Lineweights, Plotstyletable-same file?)

If you plotting with the same setting and plotstyletable:
Check variable lwdefault if lineweight "default" are used in the drawing. http://help.autodesk.com/view/ACD/2018/ENU/?guid=GUID-969FE4A6-C30D-44DE-AFD4-A81B53F175F6

TRY EDITING THE SCREENING VALUES OF THE COLORS YOU ARE GETTING LIGHT IN PRINT/PDF

CHECK THE ATTACHED SNIP FOR INFO

I've had the same issue.  I found the issue is a translational issue between AutoCAD and Adobe.

The solution I found is to the viewing setting in Adobe:

From the Edit drop down menu -> Preferences -> Page Display

I check mark all the options contained in the 'Rendering' section.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. Whatever my customers give me looks fine in pdf and print. Only the part I added looks light.

You didn't accidentally use transparancy (other then 0) with the newly drawn parts ?

(i know from experience that this will result in those ellements showing up as a 'lighter color')
