Mtext Contents as field help

I am trying to link two mtext styles to have the same contents using fields.  I have attached the drawing file.  The large white mtext is what I want the smaller yellow mtext to read.  The Middle field that is existing in the file is what I get when I attempt to link the mtext by contents and it ends up pretty odd looking so the format isn't quite there.  I need the yellow mtext to read like the white only be able to fit in the rectangular box that I have provided in the drawing as well.  Is that possible?  I dislike having to either copy the text from one place to the other or re-typing the exact same text.

Remove current paragraphs and make them by Shift+Enter.

If you need something more complicated you would need to use attributed block.

That works, fine and eliminates all the extra 'junk' text, however I still need to fit the yellow mtext inside the yellow box so if I am defining each line in the white text by using shift+enter, it will copy it up to the yellow mtext.  Any way to stretch/adjust the yellow mtext (with field) to fit inside the yellow rectangle?  Like when you use the mtext edit box and stretch or shrink it to fit a certain way?  This is all titleblock info so I only have a certain amount of room.
