Meaning and usage of `*@*

Hey guys! I've spent a lot of time looking for the meaning of "`*@*" and its usage, but I found nothing, so can someone please help me? I'd really like to know why there's such thing in a lisp code

Here's the first time I saw it :

(not (wcmatch (vla-get-Name blk) "`*@*"))
