LISP to select all polylines and create a table

Greetings,

I was wondering if there was a way to create a LISP that gets all polylines, and then it generates a table based on the Layer Name, Polyline Thickness, and Total Length. I wish I could use Data Extraction, but I work with ACAD LT Lisp.

any solution would be most helpful.
