Lisp to Covert Layer From ACI to RGB (duplicate post in general forum)

I posted the same question in the general acad forum too:

Does anyone have a lisp that will convert the layer manager setting for each layer from ACI to RGB?

I have found a few lisps that will convert entities / objects but I have not discovered one that makes the change at the layer manager level on a per layer basis.

You could use, in a standard layer file, layer manager to create two layer states, one in RGB and the other ACI. this file could be pulled into any other drawing file to adjust any layers contained in your standard layers.
