LISP Routine to insert Block.

Hi Guys

 I have Several Blocks in my tool pallet that i want to make a lisp routine for so i can add it to my panels. can you guys please help me? basically it needs to insiert the block, scale should be 1:1 and rotation 0.

Please elaborate on "... so i can add it to my panels...": are your blocks in your TPs not by default doing just that, aka "... insert the block, scale should be 1:1 and rotation 0..."?
