LISP loading eror

Hello everyone. would appreciate your help. I have autoCAD 2017. i found lisp which allow me to create mechanical and electrical objects. i have load that lisp on my home pc it is working whith no problem. but on my work desktop it is giving eror. do not work.  i type menuload , browse the path and load it, then type option. in file menu select support file and select  the lisp again. ( this is the rule ) but after loading lisp i can see mechanical and elctrical ribbon on my interface but non of thLISP Eror.jpgem does not work

Just looking at your screenshot, it looks like some command is trying to insert (or otherwise) find a block (.DWG file) and it can't find it.

thanks for your reply. Yes , definitely. After loading this lisp the mechanical or electrical ribbon appear on interface. But non of this mechanical blokcs ( pipe, valve, FCU, duct , appropriate tags ) does not work. I cnat insret them. Actually this lisp is similar to AutoCAd MEP. But I do  not need AutoCAD MEP. We have that lisp which can provide all required objects. But does not work. Cant understand the problem

The problem is that the location of the blocks is not included in your support file search path, and/or the code that attempts to insert them does not specify the path either.
