Merge contour lines with data points, create profile in GS Plan

I earlier posted in another forum and was adviced to post here for more tips.

I have added the .dwg contours and an example of the .snd and .tlk files that are the borehole data.

The first picture shows the contours and boreholes. If I saw the contours and borehole data from the side you would see that the borehole data is at z = 0 and the contours are at 130ish. However, on the cross section made in GS plan you can see that the borehole data has the correct altitude.

What I want is to merge the data so that in cross section I get the surface from the contours between the borehole points instead of the direct line I have in my print screen below.

Tips are much appreciated.

I am a little ignorant.  What is GS Plan, software?

If it were Land Desktop, I could probably have helped you out years ago, but I never conquered Civil 3D or any other vertical, and no longer have Land Desktop installed, just vanilla 2002.
