Lisp for block preview next to count table

Hello, I have been trying to use Lee Macs Block counter so that my table has a preview of the block next to it, however I want to know if there is a lisp or way I can continue to use the CAD block table but it automatically places the block preview next to each item in the table.

With Lee Macs tool I am running into a problem because I want to select of all instances of certain blocks only within a selected area. For this I have placed a rectangle around each apartment, use count list- then click count in specified area- object- click the rectangle.  Use the block list to select the blocks I want included need a separate legend for certain blocks in each apartment. I prefer the block list rather than the hassle of clicking each individual block which I think I need to do for Lee Macs.

image below shows I know I can manually place block into each cell but this is tedious for multiple apartment typicals in multiple projects
