irt LISP Problem - Error: VLAX-LDATA-GET

Dear all, I hope you're having a good day.

I've been using the LISP file "irt" (attached as a .rar file) for years without any issues. However, this week, while I can successfully load the LISP with "appload," I encounter an error when calling the "IRT" command:
"No function definition: vlax-ldata-get."

This LISP is widely used by engineers, and I've seen others using it without issues in YouTube tutorials, so I'm unsure why I'm facing this problem. I rely on this tool heavily in my work, so any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

How can I fix this?

I have no problems running the command both in 2024 & 2025.

What version of AutoCAD are you running?

Are the latest updates installed?

I see it is a VLX.  We can't help without the source code.

OR, maybe his dictionary is just fudged up.
