How to insert lines inside the shape just by clicking inside?

The lines will be spaced every 43 cm and the rotation can be taken from any shape line as a reference.

How's about just using the Hatch > Settings dialog, selecting Type as User defined, choose whatever angle you want, enter 43cm for spacing then select the shape?

By hatching, it works if I can insert hatching by command and then explode it.
