Insert and format text in word with visual lisp

I'm having trouble inserting a text file into word and trying to apply font formatting to it.
Attached follows the RAR file containing LISP, text file, word model and aqruivo generated with wrong formatting

Good afternoon, explain your problem better. when loading lisp it issues an error malformed list on input ?
