How to find interfering blocks

If there are two blocks inerfering partially,  just partial interfernce, not fully overlapping - using overkill command,

how to identify when 2 blocks interfere and when 3 blocks interfere

Overkill can't do that -- it needs exactly overlay.  But a Search of this Forum for terms like "overlapping blocks" will lead you to many threads.  Some of them are about exactly-overlapping Blocks, some about partially-overlapping Blocks like yours.  They are for doing various things with what they find, but even if none of those operations are what you want to do with yours, at least you should find various suggestions for identifying them.
