fix the precision of a CAD file

Some of the CAD file I get to analize, arrive from files with a unprofessional autocad technician.

After all the work done, I receive the attached file.

Every layer is the contour of the flats, balconies and staircase of each floor in the building.

as you can see in the picture and in the dwg file, they do not sit on top of each other exactly.

Is there any lisp or pointers you can help me with?

Please advice

Sagi.

One thing you might look into:  There are threads here, that you can Search for, about cleaning up inaccurately-drawn things by forcing everything to the nearest locations whose coordinates are whole multiples of whatever little increment you want (such as maybe 1/8", 5mm, etc.) -- that is, rounding everything positionally to the nearest small grid location.  They might not do the whole job for you, becuase rounding the positions of things that don't coincide will sometimes result in rounding some entities in different directions than others.  Also, there are concerns such as that a line at an angle will usually have its angle slightly changed by rounding the positions of its endpoints.  And they have other limitations that may differ, such as whether Arcs have their endpoints re-positioned to grid points or their centers and perhaps their radiuses also rounded.  The discussions on those threads talk about all these things.  Some such routine may at least go a long way to fixing your problems.
