Edit Attribute for title block

Afternoon everyone

I'm looking for a script that will allow me to change the title block for over 150 dwgs. I want to change the attached title block so that:

• Drawing Title reads Phase 4 instead of Phase 3 
• Drawing status reads Preliminary instead of Construction
• Drawing No reads M000009-P4-????
• Issue reads A instead of 1
