Dynamic Polyline.

I am attempting to generate a polyline that has a maximum length of, let's say, 10 meters. How can I achieve this? I attempted to accomplish it by utilizing linear parameters, and you can find this block in the attachments. However, the parameter I used only works in specific directions, either X or Y. Now, I would like to create a polyline with multiple turns. Could you please guide me on how to achieve this? Thank you in advance.

The below Snip has the minimum value preset. 

And this is the maximum.

In such cases, I am hoping to find a solution. How can I proceed with this?

After you draw your pline use LENGTHEN command to fix the pline by total length.
