Dimscale Field

I am using this FIELD to show the current drawing DIMSCALE

$(eval,Dimension Scale: 1/)$(/,$(getvar, dimscale),12)$(eval, inch = 1 foot)

Now it is displaying the scale as a decimal, how do I change it to a fraction? Example, DIMSCALE = 1 shows as 1/0.0833. I would rather it show "1 inch = 1 foot" or even 1/12 (can I do both?)
