Customise properties tool palette

Hi,

Hoping for some assistance.

Is it possible to edit the properties tool palette?

If yes, where is it found under the cui?  I can't seem to find it in there.

This is a civil 3d question but more relates to autocad customisation than civil 3d, the plan is to add another command under the data section of the attached tools palette.

Not with LISP or VBA. Perhaps with .NET.  See another newsgroup.
