Compare circle,arc,line,point!

Hello,

How can I compare 2 drawings that 2 people draw and compare by choose  A,choose B. Then, compare they are overlap or not.

if difference<=0.1 , A&B will turn to another color , if difference > 0.1 will do not change color, leave it as it is.

I want compare them in a drawing ,put them side by side (do not choose dwg A,B by select link)
