Hello,

In the attachment, I have number of closed polygons with a number inside of it. The numbers are arranged like four digits and space then few more numbers(you can see from the attachment).  

Here I need help, I want to . 

Is it possible to add the these number in the properties with corresponded polygon ?

If you have AutoCAD Map3D or Autodesk Civil3D then yes, they have GIS functionality and so you can create a polygon topology with the borders and your labels.

If you have another (AutoCAD based) vertical product then please let us know which one, it might have functions for that.

At least you might do that with development of your own tools, but that get's tricky and needs knowledge about development and AutoCAD internal structures and events (e.g. what happens when you select the polyline and change the number ... your app needs then to find the corresponding text to update it).

But nothing is impossible 😉
