Maybe the lack of response on two other threads on the same topic is a language problem.  If you "have" such a file, what is the purpose of the Post?  Do you really mean  "I would like to  have, please, a..."  or  "Does anyone  have a..."  or  "I have a need for  a..."  or  "Would someone be willing to help me write  a..."  instead?

If that's what you really mean, questions arise:

Is it just a mistake that the right-end Dimension value is not included  at the end of the long text string, or is that really meant to be omitted?

Is there any reason for the long string to be Mtext, rather than ordinary Text as in the Subject line and the description?

Would the Dimensions already be in the drawing, so that a User could select them, or would the User need to select the Blocks themselves?  [It's easier to extract the measured lengths from Dimension objects than to calculate the distance between Blocks, since it involves one object rather than two.]

Would the Blocks and/or Dimensions always  be drawn in order from left to right, so that if the User selects them all in one window, the drawing order  can be used for the sequence in the long text string, or would a routine need to calculate the relative locations to determine the sequence?
