Buffer around polylines

Hallo everybody,

Can't found the way to draw buffer around different polylines, as in example, the white polyline going around. Offset doesn't work in this case. Any ideas???

@gintare88TG2 As you my or may not know, there is nothing automatic in the program to do that: are you using just plain AutoCAD? Or a vertical version? What do those plines represent if I may ask.

And more importantly... What are and what determines the full parameters of that "buffer" outline exactly, especially at the individual arcs where those perpendicular lines?

AKA how do you go about drawing it manually; share an actual DWG file too (your second screenshot).

Its just a plain AutoCad 2D. It is an internet network drawing, I have alot of them and they are very big so hand drawing takes very long. It is all in meters and buffer line is 10 meters distance fronm polyline. It is made of polylines and arcs. I add a dwg. White line in "permit" layer is what im looking for 🙂
