BLOCK REFERENCE Linetype Scale

How can we change and update the linetype scale of a block?

Block: It consists only of objects such as Line, polyline, circle, rectangle. Generally.

Edit the Block to assign "ByBlock" as the linetype scale of all the pieces in it.  Then the insertion can be given a linetype scale, and it should apply to those pieces.
