Area macro which put result text m2 (Autocad 2021-22)

Can't understand why it is not working. 

*^C^Carea;e;\Text;\;;$m=$(/,$(fix,$(/,$(getvar,area),10000)),100)m2;.

With some previous Autocad versions, it worked.

Or does someone have a macro that adds text to growing with the result of Arie m2

Can you explain how "it does not work" exactly please?
And does it fail in ALL files or just one?

And are you an LT user? There are dozens of free LISP that do what you seek tat have been around for decades.

It still works.

Just make sure that your current text style has 0 text height.
