AutoLisp/Command string for inserting and trimming blocks

Hi,

 

I am would like to create a lisp or command string that allows me to insert and a block and trim/erase everything within the perimeter of that block with as few clicks as possible. Has anyone got any suggestions?

 

Block inserted and everything within the perimeter of the block trimmedBlock inserted and everything within the perimeter of the block trimmed

Perhaps embed a WIPEOUT object into the block and send it to the back.
Then, DRAWORDER the newly inserted object to the Front.
