Any Lisp available to Create a TAL for staircase

If i say 450 mm, can any lisp can make the selected line length = 450- length of line after intersection- arc (fillet radius 25) . the line may be poly-line or  line.

I have done structural dwg's and I am a CIVIL engineer, your request is only one bit of the full automation that is needed to draw the stair reinforcement, have you investigated reo bar software ? It will have way more options. Sorry don't know of any do a Google, I am sure others will make suggestions.

I wrote the staircase by autolisp by using sample command and lisp. But the dimensions annotation and the lapping of staircase not completed. No software are invested.
