Problem with windows 7 64x and VBA enabler 64x

Hello

we are a group of students using windows 7 64x, with autocad 2010 64x, and AutoCAD VBA Enabler [2010][x64].

we have this install in 3 different computers (the problem occurs with all the computers).

autocad and vba ide works more and less fine.

The problem is when we run a simple application with buttons and textbox's.

It becomes very hard for the window to be active and its necessary to click like 3 times or more a button to activate it.

And if we try to write in on a textbox, it becomes impossible, unless we right and left click it at the same time and start writing when the buttons are still pressed.

This is really annoying, and the same application that we run on autocad 2010 64x, works fine on windows xp with autocad 2010 32x

could any one please help us??

hello.

ths prob is the no continuation of VBA in autocad.

so you cant solve this... You have to write you prog in vb..net.

I have a same prob with a prog. so the computer is return in xp 32 with autocad 2010 / 2009.

it is work fine now :p.

You're correct in noticing that this is only an issue on the 64 bit installs. As a workaround, add the AcFocusCtrl to all of your forms. To add it to your controls toolbox, right-click anywhere in the "Controls" tab of the toolbox and select "Additional Controls." From the list of available controls, find and check "AcFocusCtrl."

There is no additional code necessary to keep focus on your forms once the control is on all of them.

Your suggestion to use AcFocusCtrl on forms in VBA has solved the problem for me. I appreciate your help and hope this helps others who are experiencing the same problem. Thank you!
