Have a little development project to do in ACAD/M that is going to require VBA. I have previously
done the job in MDT using LISP, but the client has decided that Inventor is for 3D and ACAD/M is for
2D. Unfortunately, it needs some automation to reduce drawing time yet further, and to simplify /
improve parts listing and downstream time wasting.
Does anyone recommend a decent book that I can use to get me up to speed on VBA. I have the AutoCAD
VBA foundations AOTC title, but there was a lot of functionality missing from VB in R14. I am not a
complete novice at VB (I actually did the foundations course nearly 3 years ago), it's just that I
need practice and some good guidance.
TIA
