How to quickly close layer properties manager?

I was able modify my aliases to write a command to close the External References window so I wouldn't have to click the incredibly small "x" in the corner to do so. Is there a command I can write an alias for so I can do the same for Layer Property Manager?

LAYERCLOSE is the command that will close the Layer Properties Manager if it is currently open.
