Copyright Registration for VBA Macros

Hi all,
I'm asking if I can make copyright registration for a vba macro I developed myself. Should I get any legal approval from Autodesk before I apply for copyright registration of my macro? Is it a must for me to be a member of "Autodesk Developers NetworK" (ADN) to before I apply for copyright registration?

You don't need approval from anyone to register
your own work for copyright. Contrary to what one
may incorrectly perceive by some of their practices,
Autodesk holds no rights to what you create with
its products.

If it potentially involves legal issues... get a lawyer. Preferably one who specializes in copyright law. "But somebody in an internet forum said it was right!" won't hold weight in court.
