Accidentally turned the command bar off.

I am using the MultiSUITE 2011 CAD system and accidentally turned my commands bar off. I have tried typing 'COMMANDLINE' and holding down 'CTRL+9' but it has still not appeared, I read a post on the forum about hidden bars and it is not hidden, I just turned it off and can't get it back. Does anyone know how I can get this back as it is crucial to the work that I do.

Try using the CUI editor.
