When i'm consumer of design supplements and can only view released files in some areas of the project/design. I would be able to still attach the released version of a file when the state is changed for modification (WIP). Currently the file will be unavailable for use when I don't have right to view WIP files.
This feature is available in the Thin client. I whould love to see that the function is available in the Thick client and the add-in for Inventor and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
