Version Comments on Failed Migrations

Version Comments on Failed Migrations

When migrating with the Task Scheduler, a file is checked out, an attempt is made to migrate, and the file is checked back in.  When the file is checked back in, the optional Comment is added to the new Version of the file (whether or not the file was successfully migrated.  If the file is not successfully, either allow a separate comment to be added to the new Version, or Undo the Checkout instead of checking it back in.

Whenever I migrate with Task Scheduler, I add the comment "Migrated to 20##" so that I know that Version was auto-generated during the migration process.  Unfortunately, the way things are now, I do not know if the file was migrated successfully.

Please either allow a separate Version comment for unsuccessful migrations, or change it so that the checkout is undone instead of checked in.

Thank you.
