Vault using incorrect component rev/version depending on how it's opened

When I open Inventor files from Vault using the Inventor Vault add-in and from the main grid in Vault, I get the latest versions for all components when opening assemblies.  This is what I want to happen.

When I open the same assembly from the Where used tab of the preview pane, Vault opens the assembly with historical revisions and not the latest versions even though I have non-released bias set.

I want Vault to open with either the latest version in all locations or released bias depending on what I want.

Please add a application setting to specify how you want to open Inventor assemblies and do it the same no matter where I launch the file from.

Opening from the "Where Used" tab produces inconsistent results.  When an assembly is opened from the "Where Used" tab, Vault seems to randomly open older versions of parts.

As @jweiss1313 stated, assemblies should open the same regardless of where they are launched from in the Vault.  The exception to this, of course, would be when specifically opening an older version from the "History" tab.
