Could the Vault team consider a Vault Professional flavour based on Upchain, completely web based.
This is particularly useful for companies that do not want to go through the overhead of setup their own servers and/or have problems with internal company IT and security (unexperienced and/or too bureaucratic) which makes the setup, versioning and data migration a complete headache and sometimes a show stopper to many clients and projects.
Inventor and FDU are great tools that are dismissed by some teams, because of Vault's server setup requirements and difficult maintenance within the company structure.
