Vault Item title edit for non-provider files

Please add the ability to enter/edit the Item title during assignment or Item edit for non-provider file types (files other than Autodesk or Microsoft or other CAD types).  We have some third party proprietary file formats the we need to assign to items and the title is grayed out and not available. Other formats such as ZIP and TXT are also not ableto set the Item title.  The current workaround is to create an empty Item and then assign the file later using the Select Replacement Item method.

The current workaround is fine for newly created Items.  When we have to revise the Item and update it to reflect the underlying assigned file the Title is blanked out and uneditable.

Dear Senthil,

 I strongly suspect this idea is here only due to the fact that there is no easy to use bug reporting channel and the fact, that ideas are hanging "accepted" for years is really intimidating. This bug is still present in 2021 version and we just now have lost few working hours figuring it out. This bug is a side effect of the fact that some file properties which are believed to be automatically fetched from files cannot be overridden by users. Check for an example if You can edit the "Title (ZZ)" property of such file. (Please excuse my if the property name is incorrect, but the Autodesk Vault localization cannot be switched on the fly if at all, so I have to translate them back).

It would be nice if there would be at least some indication that such and such property is extracted and linked to a property in a file. Notice the wording: "extracted" and "linked" do not mean the same.
