When checking in folders via the Vault Add-in available for e.g. AutoCAD, the previous folder path is remembered by default. However, the comment is not remembered, though I find it far more (or just as) likely that you would like to reuse the comment!
Thus I would suggest enhancing the feature by either simply remembering the comment, or adding a check-box where the user can decide his preferred behaviour.
