Add a search bar to the ribbon on Used and Where used for finding/identifying where a component is in a tree or identifying if components are within assemblies quicker.
We have multiple parts that are reused in different assemblies, but we also have variations of these components/assemblies that leads to parts being used over the years in hundreds of assemblies. This means to identify if a component has been used in a top-level assembly you either have to start at the component and drill up, or start at the top-level and drill down. Without knowing which numbers the assemblies are in either direction, and having multiple levels of assemblies in-between the component and top-level, it seems the only options are you either go tree-by-tree or load the top-level assembly then identify where it is. It would be a lot quicker to search from the Uses/Where Used tabs whether the number in question exists in the tree and then expand the tree that matches and keep all others closed.
