For example, our colleagues in assembly department have a bigger assembly in Thin Client Viewer. They "hide" specific components, so they can see other components easier, all OK to this point. Now they want to display last 3 of of 10 components back. They can now either search whole structure again where those components are hidden or use "Show All Objects" and hide the other ones again. Both of those solutions are time wasting. Undo would be much more convenient for these situations.
There is also another example, which involves "DWF View Representations". I know this is for another debate, but let me explain the example we have.
We have DWF with "[Primary]" and "Default" (some components are hidden in this one) "View Representations". Users open the model and it is in "Default", which is all OK, but the problem arises when you include above problem into this problem, when you hide some things. Now you want to use "Show All Objects". All components are now shown, even those ones, which were hidden, so basically we have now the "[Primary]" view, which we do not want. Undo would solve this, since we would hide some extra things, then just click undo and we would be on original view.
Same functions (undo / redo) are already implemented in Design Review, so why not also in Thin Client Viewer?
