Since we are Item-centric and have mobile devices on the floor. We need to force certain Users/Groups to only be able to access viewing files via the Items tab. Would like to see the Project Explorer tab greyed out or turned off completely. To take it a step further....if the items are not RELEASED, and users attempt to access the files of the item, there needs to be notification that the files that they are about to view are NOT the latest released files. Then also give them the ability to view the Latest Released files instead of the files that are In Review or in WIP.
The problem is they are viewing files which they may not be producing yet or potentially have the ability to view files that are in development and may be confidential.
