Task Scheduler - no Comment added if task failed

Task Scheduler - no Comment added if task failed

To help identify files that failed when run through Task Scheduler, I think the property Comment should not get filled with anything, or maybe is filled with a generic FAILED comment. Then I can search the Comment in Vault and identify files that failed.

Below is a pic of a file that did fail the migration but was successfully checked into Vault and had the Comment added. Now I can't search property Comment for failed files and have to labouriously look through the loooong Task Scheduler log. Grrrr!

What version of Vault are you using?

Have you tried searching the Application Version property inside of Vault to easily find files that did or did not migrate?

I'm using 2021. I'll look into this option. Thanks.

So I added the ApplicationVersion property and can filter the current folder based on this. Somewhat useful. But I still think that not populating the failed file with the Comments is a good idea. I now have each failed file with 2 consecutive versions with Comments, the first being Migrated To 2021 Via Task Scheduler and the other with Manually Migrated To 2021.
