System attribute Controlled by Change Order

System attribute Controlled by Change Order

Hello, value of attribute "Controlled by Change Order" should not be only "True" & "False" but full number of CO.

Sometimes I have a list of Items which I need to repair (change or anything) and it is neccesary for me to know how many COs will be affected. And of course I need to notify originators of these COs. Without ability to look up it's numbers this is much more complicated.

Hi David, You can see Change Orders in the Where Used tab.

I know that, but when I have hundereds of items and I need to look up all their Change orders is this method virtualy useless. Or is there any way how can I export "Where Used tabs" for multiple selection of items/files at once?

I agree,

an additional property for the active Change Order Number would be very useful for administrators or project leaders. Ideally I would like be able to see them in the ITEM Bill of Materials grid. I know that I can hover over the Icon and it will show me the CO number but there is no way to copy, paste, or export for reporting.

I've also wanted this functionality for a long time.  To be able to search for files with certain characteristics and also have the CO number that a file is attached to show up in search results and reports would be very useful.
