Create a system property "name of the numbering scheme"
This is to allow a category to be assigned according to the chosen numbering scheme.
These attribution rules must be activated when the user wants to change categories manually in Vault, this will create a rule that prevents a change of category if the numbering scheme does not match what is defined in the rule.

It will good to have a numbering scheme assigned to a filetype or a category. This way users dont have depend on Vault Data Standard.
