"Property values" currently not linked to Change Orders

The "Property values" List Values, Enforce List of Values and Requires Value settings on UDPs (User Defined Properties) are not being enforced when associated with a Change Order. These settings only apply to FIle UDPs.

The wish is to have these apply to Change Orders as well.

Totally agree, this should be possible to set.

I recently posted similar idea https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/vault-ideas/change-order-categories/idi-p/8620134

These also function with Items.  It makes no sense for these to be "inactive" for Change Orders - especially when the settings are there to change.

Autodesk Vaults comments by their staff, that properties act differently for Change Orders as design, is like Microsoft saying the blue screen of death is Microsoft OS working properly. It is a HUGE oversite and makes the ECO properties almost useless............... This needs to be fixed as a top priority............

We need this and also enforce this possibility between eco state. As lifecycle state it could be interesting to customize the transition property between the ECO states or as the property compliance is true.

Yes this is very much needed. The fact Autodesk says the software is behaving by design is just crazy talk and burying their head in the sand. Note to developers, if you give users a field to enforce values, make your software work to actually enforce values for ALL things (files, change orders etc) across the board and stop being so short-sided with your development.
